Privacy Policy

1. Who operates Daymark

Daymark is operated by Accelara AI Solutions Limited (“Daymark”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how the Daymark iPhone app and this legal website handle information.

2. Information stored on your device

Daymark stores the following information locally so its features work:

• Focus Cards, schedules, session duration, break allowances, and app settings.
• Completed focus-session records used to create your on-device ledger and insights.
• Your notification preference and onboarding state.
• App, category, and website selections made through Apple’s Family Controls interface. Apple provides these selections to Daymark as opaque authorization tokens; Daymark stores them in its private App Group so its Screen Time extensions can apply your choices.

This information is kept in the app’s sandbox or its private App Group. We do not receive it on a server and cannot view it remotely.

3. Apple services

Screen Time and Family Controls

If you grant Screen Time access, Apple’s Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks process your selected apps and enforce shields on your device. You can revoke Screen Time access in iOS Settings. Without permission, Daymark remains usable as a local timer and ledger but cannot shield apps.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes App Store purchases, payment details, subscription status, refunds, and purchase history under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Daymark uses StoreKit on your device to determine whether a Daymark subscription is active. We do not receive or store your payment-card information.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Daymark schedules local reminders through iOS. Daymark does not use a remote push-notification server and does not send notification content to us.

4. Analytics, advertising, and diagnostics

Daymark contains no third-party analytics SDK and no advertising SDK. Operational messages use Apple’s unified logging system on the device and do not include selected app names. Apple may process diagnostics if you separately choose to share device analytics with Apple. We do not receive those diagnostics automatically.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not share app data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other companies because the app does not transmit that data to us. Information processed by Apple is governed by Apple’s agreements and privacy practices.

We may disclose information you deliberately send to us, such as an email support request, when required by law or when reasonably needed to respond to that request, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud.

6. Retention, deletion, and your choices

• App data remains on your device until you delete it from Daymark’s Settings or remove the app.
• “Delete all local data” removes Focus Cards, sessions, settings, and shared extension state. It does not cancel an Apple subscription.
• You can change or revoke Screen Time and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
• Subscription cancellation and refund requests are managed through Apple.
• Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. You may ask us to delete a support conversation unless we need to retain it for those purposes.

7. This legal website

We do not place advertising or analytics cookies on this website. The hosting infrastructure may process standard request information—such as an IP address, user agent, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver the pages, maintain security, and diagnose service failures. Such data is retained according to the hosting provider’s operational policies.

8. Children

Daymark is a general-purpose productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. Because the app does not transmit app data to us, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If a child sends us a support email, a parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.

9. Security and international use

Daymark relies on Apple’s sandboxing, App Group, and permission systems to protect information stored on the device. No system can guarantee absolute security. If you contact us, your message may be processed in countries other than your own by the email and infrastructure providers used to answer it, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Daymark’s features or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how the app handles information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
